We want to emphasize that our products go through a meticulous packaging process and stringent quality control checks before being dispatched. This ensures that they reach you in impeccable condition, leaving no room for any less than excellence.
To reduce our environmental footprint, we opt to resell returned products rather than disposing of them.
In order for a returned item to be accepted and resold, it should meet the following criteria:
– there are no stains, make-up, deodorant, etc. on both outside and inside of the item
– there are no signs of wear and tear
– the item has its original packaging including tags
– the item has to be posted within 30 days
Kindly note, custom size/length/design and embroidered items are non-returnable.
