4.6 Return Policy: In the case of a return, the delivery cost is not refundable. The customer is responsible for the cost of the return label.

4.7 International Returns: Customers returning items from outside the UK must label the parcel as “returning goods” to prevent duty payments. We are not responsible for any duty payments on returned items.

4.8 Customs Duties: Orders placed from outside the United Kingdom may incur customs duties. Kindly be aware that we cannot be held responsible for any duty payments.

4.9 Lost Item Responsibility: In the event of a lost item caused by the shipping courier, we will be not responsible for it.
